01

Where to sell it

Whop.com

Free to start. Takes a cut per sale, nothing before.

Whop handles physical and digital products, but it's built for digital. Checkout, delivery and affiliates are all designed around selling a file rather than shipping a box.

That affiliate system is why we use it. The creator gets their share automatically, by link, with nobody having to trust anybody or split anything by hand.

The money side, from India

No company, GST number, current account or foreign entity needed. A PAN card and a bank account in your own name are enough, and the walkthrough below shows the whole process.

What does apply: money you earn this way is income, and it is taxable in India like any other. Once it becomes real money, spend an hour with a CA rather than guessing. Foreign-earned income has its own paperwork, and it is far cheaper to set up correctly than to fix later.

03

How to sell without ads

The part the whole thing rests on. You are not building an audience. You are borrowing one that already exists.

  1. Open Instagram and go to the explore page.

Search the keyword for your niche, with the country attached. For example: #ItalianPasta USA
  2. Find creators whose videos get strong reach but who have fewer than 85,000 followers.

This band matters. Above it, creators already have managers, rate cards and a hundred pitches a week. Below it, engagement is high, the creator reads their own messages, and nobody is competing for their attention.
  3. Prefer creators who are on more than one platform.

Instagram plus TikTok plus YouTube means the same product gets three audiences instead of one, for the same email.
  4. Read the comments under their best-performing videos.

This is the research. People tell you exactly what they want, for free, in public. In a pasta niche it is almost always the same thing: the recipe, the measurements, a cookbook.

04

How to get in touch with them

Email the creator, not a DM. A DM sits under two hundred others. The address is usually in their bio, which is a signal in itself.

Offer a revenue split: 70/30 or 60/40 in their favour. They pay nothing, build nothing and risk nothing. You have already done the work.

That's what makes it easy to say yes to. You're handing over a finished product their audience already asked for, and letting them keep most of the money.

Email template
Subject: Something for your audience, costs you nothing

Hi [Name],

I've been through the comments on your last few [topic] videos and the same thing keeps coming up: [X].

I've built something that solves exactly that: [one line on what it is]. It's finished. There's nothing for you to make, write or pay for.

If we put it in front of your audience:

  Price per sale $25 - $50
  If 100 people buy $2,500 - $5,000
  You keep 70% $1,750 - $3,500
  I keep 30% $750 - $1,500

You post about it, I handle the product, the delivery and the payments. If it doesn't sell, you've lost nothing but one post.

Happy to send it over so you can look at it before you decide.

Replace the niche, the price and the percentage with your own. Don't send it as it stands. A template that looks like a template gets deleted.

Why this works for you

That's per product, per creator, and it keeps selling once it's live. But only if the emails go out. Expect plenty of silence before the first yes.

Track every email you send

Ten a day is the target. The number you can see is the number you improve.

One row per creator. Follow-up dates fill themselves, and the top shows your sent count and reply rate.

05

The AI tools you need

Three tools, all free. Don't pay for any of them until you've made your first sale.

06

How to make the product

Start with the niche, and make it narrow. This is where almost everyone goes wrong, and quietly. A broad topic doesn't get rejected. It just never sells.

Nobody pays for something they can watch on YouTube in four minutes. A specific topic has less competition, and the people who want it want it badly.

Won't work How to cook pasta Too broad. Free everywhere. No one is searching for this with a wallet open.
Works How to cook restaurant-style Italian pasta at home, with 20 sauces from scratch Specific enough that someone can picture the result, and narrow enough that free content hasn't covered it properly.

The test: could you finish the sentence "this is for people who want to ___, but keep getting ___"? If you can't, the niche is still too wide.

Validate it before you build

Five questions. Answer them honestly about your niche before you spend a single evening on the product. A no on any of them means go back and narrow it further.

07

Turning the comments into a product

Screenshot as many comments as you can, not a handful. Upload them to Claude or ChatGPT and let it find the pattern you'd miss reading one at a time.

You are not looking for what the creator wants. You are looking for what their audience keeps asking for and not getting.

Prompt · paste this, swap X for your niche
You are a digital product strategist. I am uploading screenshots of the comment sections under posts by a creator in the [X] niche.

STEP 1 · READ
Go through every comment in the images. Ignore compliments, emoji-only replies and tags. Keep only comments where someone is asking for something, struggling with something, or saying they'd pay for something.

STEP 2 · FIND THE PROBLEMS
List the top 5 recurring problems you can actually evidence. For each one, paraphrase two real comments as proof. If a problem appears fewer than three times, leave it out.

STEP 3 · PROPOSE 3 PRODUCTS
From those problems, propose exactly 3 digital products that could be built as a PDF or a set of pages in under 30 minutes using AI. For each:
- Product name
- Exactly who it is for
- The problem it removes
- What is inside it (6 to 10 sections, listed)
- A realistic price in USD for a buyer in the United States

STEP 4 · SCORE THEM OUT OF 100
Score each product using these four criteria and show every sub-score:
- Evidence in the comments (out of 30)
- Willingness of this audience to pay (out of 30)
- How well it works as a PDF with no video or software (out of 20)
- How little it overlaps with free content already available (out of 20)
Give the total out of 100.

STEP 5 · RANK AND DECIDE
Rank the 3 from best to worst. In two sentences, tell me which one to build and why.

RULES
Be blunt. Do not flatter the idea. If none of the three would realistically sell to this audience, say so directly and tell me what they would actually pay for instead.

Niche: [X]

Take the top-ranked product and build it. If the top score is under 60, the creator's audience isn't the right one. Go back to explore and find another.

Showing up every day matters

A hundred creators in one day is hard. Ten is not. Ten a day is three hundred a month, and you only need one to say yes.

Best of luck. Build the thing, send the emails, and let the numbers do the arguing.

Free bonus · Method 2

Your own faceless page, selling your own product

Method 1 sells through creators and shares the money. Method 2 builds your own audience in the US, so you keep every dollar.

Same product skills, no outreach. It takes longer to start, and it's yours once it grows.

InstagramYouTube ShortsFacebookPinterest
Step 1

Pick what you'll sell, and keep all of it

Use the same kind of product you built in Method 1, but this time it's yours alone. No creator, no split: every sale is 100% yours.

  • Price it between $6 and $12. Low enough to buy on impulse straight from a video.
  • Sell it on Whop, exactly as set up in step 06. Same account, same payout to your Indian bank. The Whop setup video is in step 07 above.
  • One clear problem per product. "30 high-protein dinners under 20 minutes" sells better than "a cookbook".
Step 2

Set up a faceless page aimed at the US

Instagram is the main platform. Post the same videos to the others for extra reach at no extra effort.

  • Don't use your face. A face tells the algorithm who you are and where you are, and it tends to show your videos to people near you. A faceless page gets judged on the content and the audience it attracts.
  • Write the name, bio and captions for a US buyer: US spelling, US examples, prices in dollars.
  • Put your Whop product link in the bio.
Step 3

Make the videos in Edits

Edit everything in Edits, Instagram's free video app. Every video should show or point to your product.

  • Footage: free stock clips from Pexels or Pixabay, AI-made visuals, or screen recordings of your own product.
  • Hook in the first 3 seconds: the problem, in big text on screen.
  • Keep them 7 to 20 seconds. End with "Link in bio".

Don't download and repost other people's videos, including YouTube clips. Copyright claims take pages down just as they start to grow.

Step 4

Add a voiceover in the buyer's accent

A voice from the same country makes the video feel local. Use the ready-made voices in these tools and pick an American accent (or British, Australian, etc. to match your target country).

  • Paste your script, pick a voice, download the audio, drop it into Edits.
  • Use the built-in voices only. Never copy a real person's voice.
  • Both have free plans with monthly limits. Check that your plan allows commercial use before you sell with it.
Step 5

Use music from that country

Pick a trending sound that's popular in your target country, straight from Instagram's music library inside the app. Sounds added that way are licensed; music you upload yourself can get muted.

  • Keep it quiet under the voiceover.
  • Reuse a sound that's trending this week; it helps reach.
Step 6

Captions that find the right people

Name the places and the niche, so the right people find you.

  • Mention a few US state names in the caption, e.g. "for busy parents in Texas, Ohio and Florida".
  • Add 3 to 5 keyword tags built from your niche + the country. For a cooking product:
#CookingUSA#USACookbook#RecipeBooksUSA#ItalianPastaUSA

Make your own group the same way for your niche, and keep using the same group on every post.

Step 7

Post when they're awake

  • Post 1 to 2 videos a day.
  • US evenings are early morning in India: roughly 5 to 8 AM IST. Schedule posts in the app if that's too early.
  • Pin your best video to the top of the page, and reply to every comment in the first hour.

Give it 30 days of daily posting before you judge it.

You have both methods now.

Everything you need is on this page. The only part left is the one nobody can do for you: starting. Pick one method, do the first step today, and keep going tomorrow.
