Privacy policy

Short version: we collect your name, email and phone number when you buy, anonymous usage statistics while you browse, Google Analytics statistics, and Meta and OpenAI advertising data, all of which you can switch off below. We never sell your data to anyone.
Who is responsible
The data fiduciary for this site is ZERØ AD LAUNCH. For any question about your data, write to support.zeroadlaunch@gmail.com.
What we collect
- When you buy. Your name, email address and phone number, passed to us by the payment platform, and the name, email and phone number you confirm on the page after paying. We use them to issue and recover your access code, to answer you if you write in, and, in scrambled form, to measure our Meta ads. Your card details go to the payment provider, never to us.
- When you browse. Anonymous usage events: which pages were opened, which sections were expanded, which videos were played, how far down the page you scrolled. These are tied to a random ID that lives only until you close the tab.
- When you ask for the free sample. Your email address. We use it to send you the sample and emails about ZERØ AD LAUNCH, and we may share a hashed (scrambled) version with Meta to measure our ads. You can ask us to delete it at any time.
- When you send feedback. Whatever you type, plus your name and email if you choose to give them.
- Advertising measurement. Meta's and OpenAI's (ChatGPT ads) advertising pixels record which pages you opened and whether you bought, and set cookies so each platform can attribute that to an ad. Where you have entered contact details such as your name, email address or phone number, both may receive them in hashed (scrambled) form to improve that matching. Switch it off below and the pixel never loads.
What we do not collect
No Google Analytics. No third-party analytics company. Nothing that identifies you personally in our own usage statistics, which are tied to a random ID that disappears when you close the tab.
The one exception is the Meta pixel described above. Visitors in the EU and UK must opt in before it loads. Everywhere else it runs by default, and you can switch it off here at any time:
Why we collect it
Your email and phone number, to issue and recover your access code and to answer you. The usage statistics, to see which parts of the course people get stuck on so we can rewrite them. The Meta data, to measure which of our marketing brings people here.
Where it is stored
Usage events are stored in our own database, hosted by Supabase on servers in Mumbai. Purchase records, including the details you confirm after paying, are stored in that same database and with our payment platform. Feedback reaches us by email. Meta data is held by Meta under their own policy. We keep usage data for as long as it is useful and purchase records for as long as Indian tax rules require.
Your rights
Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email us and we will respond within 30 days. Deleting your data ends your course access, since that is the only way we know it is you.
Children
This course is not directed at children under 18.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it.
