Who you are buying from

These terms are an agreement between you and ZERØ AD LAUNCH. You can reach us at support.zeroadlaunch@gmail.com, and we reply within 48 hours.

What you are buying

ZERØ AD LAUNCH is a digital course. Paying gives you lifetime access to the members area and everything in it, including future updates, for as long as the site exists. Nothing is shipped to you.

Access is for one person. Sharing your access link, reselling the material, or republishing any part of it is not permitted, and we may withdraw access without a refund if it happens.

What we do not promise

We do not promise that you will earn money. Any figures shown anywhere on this site or inside the course are illustrations of how the model works, not predictions of your result.

What you earn depends on the product you build, the niche you choose, the creators who agree to work with you, and how consistently you do the work. Many people who buy a course never finish it and earn nothing. That is a real outcome and you should assume it is possible.

Third-party tools

The course refers to tools and platforms we do not own or control, including AI tools and a selling platform. Their pricing, features, terms and availability can change at any time, and we are not responsible for what they do. Any commission or fee they charge is between you and them.

Your own obligations

• Income you earn using these methods is taxable in India. Declaring it correctly is your responsibility.
• Follow the terms of any platform you use, including Instagram and your selling platform.
• Do not misrepresent products you create or the results they produce.

Payment

Prices are shown on the site and payment is handled by our payment provider. Access opens the moment payment succeeds, on the site itself. We never see or store your card details. All sales are final, as explained in our refund policy.

Limits on our liability

To the extent Indian law allows, our total liability to you for anything connected with this course is limited to what you paid for it. We are not liable for lost profits or indirect losses.

Nothing in these terms removes any right you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be handled by the courts of India.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it.
